Perfect neighborhood
5/5 We loved our stay. Walkable to amazing restaurants and shops. We even walked to the beach. The neighborhood was quaint and quiet. We enjoyed watching the ducks and cats across the street.

Great accommodations !
5/5 The host contacted me to let me know that we could get in earlier than usual check in time which was great .
The apartment had everything we could possibly need including some snacks which was great.
The bed and pillows were very comfortable which was great.
The location was within walking distance to Las Olas Boulevard which was great .

5/5 A lovely area , that is both safe and upmarket . The property is perfect for a couple and dog friendly. Clean, organized, and excellent management communication.

5/5 The place was beautiful, had everything we needed and more. Management was awesome and always available if needed. I highly recommend Evolve!
Fort Lauderdale near Los Olas
4/5 We enjoyed the close proximity to downtown Fort Lauderdale in this quiet residential area. It was just a three block walk to all of the restaurants on Los Olas. The kitchen was the best part of the condo with its Samsung appliances. The property was extremely clean, beds were comfortable (not soft, but firm), great water pressure for the shower (no bathtub) and there was a parking spot on the property. The patio was a decent size with a privacy fence. We did experience water issues, but we were able to work around it. When we washed clothes in the AM and then tried to taker a shower right after the clothes were done washing, the water flow in the shower was a trickle. You would have to wait for about 15 minutes to get full water flow again, so our work around was to wash clothes at night & shower in the AM or vice versa.
