  We absolutely loved this property. It had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed the lanai for morning coffee and evening dinners after grilling out. We loved the privacy of the backyard. The grilling area is so quaint and a great area for a nice dinner. Everything met or exceeded our expectations. Very well maintained and detailed home! We will visit again for sure!

• Nice get away!

  Me and my husband took a week vacation here. Everything was very clean. Had all these essential things that you may need. Pool was very relaxing and warm. The location was great not to far from anything and from the beach. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would love to go back someday. It was a nice get away! Price was great and very affordable.

• Great place, safe neighborhood

  We wanted a place midway between Siesta Key and Fort Myers - this home was perfect!! Close to golf, friends, good restaurants!!

• good and the bad

  This is a cute house in a nice enough neighborhood with a nice sized pool. Pool is heated. When we arrived the pool was warm but it was late so we didn't get in. The next day it the pool was cool and we notified the property manager then went out for the day. We are in our 60's visiting friends and family in the area. We brought over 2 people in their 70's after dinner to see how cute the place was and have a drink before calling it a night and the pool was still cool. I called the property manager and she came right out - said she moved the temp to 84 degrees. Then she left. Our friends left about a half hour later.

  The next morning I woke up to a "complaint" in my email inbox from evolve for over occupancy and loud noise. We can only guess it was the property manager who lodged the complaint because no neighbors were around. Long story short - we are seniors and not rowdy party people - there was no over occupancy or loud noise. If you have kids forget this place - they may call the police on you.

  We never got in the pool because it was never warm enough and we were afraid to call again. If it wasn't for the complaint we might have considered booking this house again but we will look elsewhere.

  - Upon receiving your call regarding the pool temperature, our property manager promptly investigated and confirmed that the heater was functioning correctly, with the temperature set to 82 degrees. In response to your request, she adjusted the temperature to 84 degrees to ensure your comfort. Additionally, it is important to note that a pool heat fee was not charged for your reservation, but was provided to you as a courtesy.
  - Regarding the noise complaint, we take all guest concerns seriously and strive to maintain a peaceful environment for everyone in the neighborhood. We forwarded the complaint to Evolve after receiving reports from neighbors about disruptive noise levels. While we understand your perspective, please know that our intention is to ensure a harmonious atmosphere for all guests and residents.
  - We regret that these incidents impacted your overall experience, and we apologize for any misunderstanding or inconvenience caused. Your comfort and satisfaction are important to us, and we appreciate your understanding as we strive to address any concerns promptly.
