5/5 We absolutely loved the whole place. Check-in was so easy. Condo was immaculate, spacious, very accommodating, absolutely stunning, looked exactly like the pictures and had beautiful views. We fell in love with this condo and loved everything about it. We will definitely be booking this condo AGAIN in the future!❤️

Fantastic view
5/5 The East Pass Tower 1 condo is very spacious! It feels like home. It is right on bay. It feels like you can reach right out and touch the water! It does have a view of the gulf, but it is a distance away. It was interesting to watch the marine traffic in the bay, as well as the dolphins, sea turtles, pelican, and gulls. The pelicans fly so close to the condo! The condo has everything you need to have a fantastic stay. The only things you need are your clothes and some beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future.

Large unit with great views. No beach access.
2/5 The condo was huge with large balconies and spectacular views. Unfortunately, there is a fake beach and no access to the real beach. We had to drive to a public beach each day to thoroughly enjoy the water.
The unit is extremely run down. There are notes everywhere with instructions on how to get things to work. Example: to get hot water in master shower, turn knob to 11 oclock. The cabinet door on the fridge was off. The freezer had to be slammed in order to keep it closed. The unit was not thoroughly cleaned. The faucet in the master tub was literally falling off the wall. The master tub also did not hold water, we had to purchase a drain cover to be able to use the tub.
I did notify management and they told us the unit was up for a re-model and they would come wipe down the fridge. Basically the message was "too bad, we are updating soon".
Although the unit is huge, we will not stay again. No beach/ocean access is a deal breaker and should have been disclosed, as well as the condition of the unit.
