Clearwater Family Home w/ Private Hot Tub!

  We enjoyed our stay at the home. Our one and only issue was the hot water. Our showers were cold all week long. We attempted many many times to just give it time for the water to “warm up” and it did not. Every shower was cold in both bathrooms so that was a little frustrating however everything else was great!

  4 adults taking a weeklong trip. House was well furnished, clean, spacious, plenty of room. We enjoyed the hot tub after long days of walking around site seeing. Nice neighborhood, neighbors were friendly. Sheriff lived in the neighborhood (car parked in street a few doors down) so that was reassuring :) I have hyper sensitive skin so I happily surprised how soft and good the water was! Made a huge difference to me!Couple of suggestions to property owner - clarify that when opening the door with keypad, once you punch in the number, and it turns green, you need to turn the deadbolt knob above it to enter. Once we got that figured out when we got there after a long day of traveling, we were set.Would recommend an on demand or bigger water heater. There were only 4 of us that do not take long showers and two days I had to take a cold shower. No coffee needed to wake up that day :)Overall great time had. Thank you for opening your property to us!

  Positives: Well laid out 3 bed/2 bath bungalow in good location, Nice and clean with a good selection of crockery and cooking utensils. A great Jacuzzi. Negatives: Property let down by having only one TV. We are used to TV's in the bedrooms especially with young children. Additionally no cable available so a very restricted viewing of channels which we have never encountered before and a strong negative. .Unable to freely control the air-conditioning controls as they were managed remotely by owner so we had to ring the agent if we needed to change the controls. Never encountered this before and an unnecessary irritation. The quality of beds was not high with poor quality pillows.Overall a good property, but let down by lack of amenities we are used to finding in this price of property.
