  We would recommend! This home has everything you need and more. The bedrooms were comfortable and plenty of room. The kitchen was well equipped and clean. The Lanai was a great place for coffee in the morning or dinner in the evening. The pool was clean, perfect temperature and very inviting! The location was close to stores, restaurants and beaches. The host answered questions quickly, was very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

  Stayed for a week in the winter although the outside temp was 16 to 21 Celsius the pool was great hitting 31 Celsius or 89 f. Daily at its peek around 2:30 in the afternoon. The pool had ample sitting space the electronic roll down screen allowed for an evening get away with the outdoor t.v plenty of pool toys for adults and children the basket ball net in the pool was hours of fun for the kids....the w adult bedrooms were great and the kids room with 4 beds was perfect

  Publix grocery is a 10 min walk

  7-11 is 10 min walk

  Walgreens and CVS is 15 min walk...and dunking donuts is 20 min walk..the downtown cape coral strip with lots of reasturants a 2p min walk of 5$ Uber ride. The property is decidedly larger then it looks with 2 separate living rooms both with tv's separated nicely by the kitchen allowing for privacy. The owner was very good with responding to our needs although there really wasn't many..the kitchen has new appliances and well stocked. Laundry room is a perfect functional room and the master washroom is a gem! The neighborhood always felt safe I often took 7am walks. As well as after dark walks. Fort myers Beach isn't that far away 18 min drive.....looking for a night out might I suggest 2 meat balls in the kitchen it's $10 Uber ride or 30 min walk ....if your looking for a pizza try Jet's specifically the Detroit pizza so damn good! Jets you can order by text message for delivery....over all great place fit our needs well we will be back!

  We absolutely LOVED our stay. I selected this house because I wanted to explore the area for a future home. The house was totally new and the furnishings were new and very tasteful! Brad, the host was very responsive. A couple highlights, pool, comfortable bedsand very close to nice restaurants and shopping. I also was pleased to see how close we were to Fort Myers and the beach. We rented a boat at Cape Coral Boat Rental and we went fishing. It was so easy to do, It was a great vacation!

  Sorry for the late response, but we really enjoyed our stay at this house. The stores and restaurants are just around the corner. The neighbor is quiet. The beds were super comfortable. The lanai was a hit for the family. The kids spent countless hours in the pool. We loved the floorplan layout of the home. The kitchen had everything we needed. We had a fantastic time. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. We appreciate the extra services he allowed to make our stay enjoyable. Thank you for allowing my family to stay at your home.

  This house is beautifully decorated and in a great location. The property manager was extremely helpful. Would definitely stay again. :)
