  I loved the place…..especially the pool. It’s near the airport so it is noisy but that didn’t really bother me….convenient to all kinds of shopping.

  Home was nice and clean, however cleaning fee was 250 and we had to clean the house before we left. Little over priced on the cleaning fee that we had to do. There were only 3 wash clothes and 3 towels for our stay in the entire house. Hot tub did not work at all, the hottest it ever got was 95 degrees.

It's standard in vacation rentals for guests to handle simple tasks such as taking out the trash to aid the transition for professional cleaners. These professionals ensure the home is thoroughly sanitized and ready for our next guests, which is reflected in the fee.
  
  We apologize for any inconvenience regarding the towels and washcloths. For future stays, please note that we store additional linens in the closet of one of the rooms. We're always here to help and a quick message to us can resolve many issues, including locating extra supplies.
  
  As for the hot tub, we regret to hear about the temperature issue. Detailed instructions are provided near the hot tub for adjusting the settings, and we're always available to assist with any operational concerns. Following your stay, we've confirmed the hot tub is functioning correctly, as enjoyed by subsequent guests.

• Nice updated house

  This property is nicley updated and fit all 9 of us with an infant perfectly. Being on a canal that is close to the intercoastal was cool. We got to see manatees one morning.

  Ideal location, cozy and spacious. This place had all the amenities we were looking for. Even had the opportunity to watch the manatees every day from the private dock. The addition of the kayaks was definitely a plus as we were able to enjoy the bay as well. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

  Loved our time at this house! Very clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were updated. Having a pool and hot tub along with the use of the kayaks was a huge plus! Close to the beaches and shopping made it convenient to not stay at a hotel. The host was very responsive and went out of her way to accommodate us! Will definitely recommend and come back!
