Better than a hotel
5/5 We were staying in the area for five days, and when we saw that this property was cheaper than an average hotel, thought we would enjoy the space and amenities. We were not disappointed.

Fine for the price
4/5 Overall we enjoyed our stay. It did smell a bit like stale cigarette smoke. The pool was nice and everything was clean. Communication with the manager was poor once we were there. He did not follow up with us after saying we could have a late check out if no one else booked for that day. I asked him that morning if that was still the case and he “missed the text” - we assumed we could still have late check out since we didn’t hear otherwise (with two kids, one who needed to nap). The cleaners came and called the manager and the manager handled it poorly and it made for a hectic and unfortunate last day of our vacation.

5/5 The condo was clean and inviting. The pool was warm and sparkling clear waters. We shared the pool with one other unit. Kitchen was well stock with quality appliances. The neighborhood was quiet and a quick drive to the beach. Definitely recommend a stay here.

Great place
4/5 Stay was great, only problem is the pool was discolored on the sides which made us feel uncomfortable to swim in it. Also the sliding glass door to the pool area was very difficult to open and close and therefore hard to lock also.
