    the managers of the property were very nice, our dogs just loved the fact the house is dog friendly and my wife and I loved the fenced-in backyard. Rates very reasonable, location very convenient. Nice, safe, quiet community.

  • Choose a Frat House instead

    Place was filthy, in disrepair, with TERRIBLE beds and ant problems. Just go to a pet friendly hotel. It would be cheaper and more fun.

    Hi Aleksandar, we take guest feedback seriously and passed your comments on to the homeowner who would like to share the following:
    - We strive to provide our guests with a great guest experience,so we were disappointed to hear your feedback and want to take a moment to address your concerns.
    - We use a cleaning service to professionally clean the home before each guest's stay. As soon as we were made aware of your concerns we promptly responded and determined you were referencing crayon marks that were barely noticeable that had been caused by a previous guest's child. Additionally, this year we did have a flare-up of ants but was able to resolve the issue immediately after spraying with insecticide and we have not had any issues since. We hope that the measures taken by both ourselves and Evolve made up for any inconvenience you may have encountered.
    - We plan to do a complete interior paint job this fall and have since installed a new dryer.
    - Regarding the beds, while we try to accommodate all guests' comfort, we're sorry the mattress didn't meet your preferences.
    We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

  • Rehoboth Beach with dogs

    This house is pet friendly with a fenced backyard. Lewe’s and Dewey beaches are both close and allow dogs with some restrictions. The house is conveniently located to all the local attractions. We enjoyed our stay.
