Clean, Comfortable and enjoyable
5/5 I was in town for a work trip with added recreation. Winter Park is always a great place to visit. I’ve stayed in the building before and enjoy the proximity to local activities and a grocery store within walking distance. This unit is well appointed with higher end amenities I enjoy expecting. From a comfortable bed to a working Keurig and powered window shades, the owner has added both big and small impactful touches to their home. I highly recommend.

5/5 We really enjoyed this space. Very clean and great location.
Just wish VRBO fees were not so outrageous. Price of stay was practically double of nightly stay. ;(

Too many fees
3/5 The condo itself is nice, but they charge a $200 cleaning fee, and then require that you do half the cleaning yourself. I would not stay again due to the excessive fees.

Hi Brian, the homeowners were surprised to read your review, as they're accustomed to providing excellent experiences, and would like to share the following:
- The cleaning fee is $195, which aligns with the industry average for this area. This fee covers the cost of a professional cleaning service dedicated to sanitizing and preparing the condo for each new group.
- As is standard for vacation rentals, guests are asked to complete a few small tasks, like removing their trash and washing the dishes before checkout.

5/5 Location is great, easy access to restaurants and the lift bus ride to winter park ski area was easy. The condo was well stocked and clean.
