Bare and poor service
3/5 Let's start with the good:
- location is great.
- we had 4 towels and shampoo as promised.
Bad:
- uncomfortable beds.
- there's nothing in the apartment (no entertainment of any sort,decoration, etc.).
- door handle wouldn't open (had to call the property manager).
- no parking pass (not as promised).
- we asked property Mgr to leave our car in the garage for 3 more hours for our last day of skiing (we cleared the apartment by check out time), and he refused. Really??
