When you call and no-one answers (Safety Concerns)
2/5 I have learned a lot about stays that point to a "fishy" situation. I reach out to the manager always before I show up just to gain insight. In this case, the manager's phone number reaches the wife that has no information to share. The owner/husband is not named on the short term rental certificate in the condo. The only way they will communicate is through text messaging.
Cleanliness: Clean enough. But. The wood stove can't be used but ashes remain in the stove and the ash bucket from the owners use. Wind through the chimney stirs the ash and keeps the condo dusty smelling.
Accuracy of the listing: The building of the rented unit is not occupied by families. It resembles a dormitory filled with transients. Many new faces every day. I would only recommend the rented unit to males knowing the occupants the rest of the building.
Communication: Information is the grading here and is basically non-existent. The condo was prepared with 2 towels for the 2 of us over a 7 day period while the listing of the property accommodated 4. The manager stated that he lived 80 miles away making response difficult.
Location: Great. I was able to use the bus stop for Abasin.
Neighborhood: Except for this building the neighborhood and town is really nice.
Safety: My wife did not feel safe. We just could not figure out all the people in the building.

- The issues with the linens and woodstove were promptly resolved within three hours of you notifying us.
- For longer stays, we do offer on-site laundry facilities for added convenience.
- Other units are long-term rentals, and our community is safe and secure, with all necessary measures in place for your peace of mind.
- Although we do live 80 miles away, we do go to the area several times a week, and we were able to provide more towels during your stay.

5/5 I used this place as home base for skiing in Loveland, Arapahoe Basin, and Copper Mountian. Super convenient location for all (about 30 minute drive to each), and a very comfortable place to rest up after skiing. Very clean inside.

5/5 Great location to ski all the Summit county areas. Close to good coffee and food in Silverthorne. Excellent communication with owner who promptly addressed a minor issue with the place.
