Wonderful spring break stay
5/5 Our family of 5 stayed here for Spring Break. The condo is in a good location and within walking distance of a coffee shop and a few good restaurants. Walmart and another grocery store are also close by. Check in was simple and seamless. The condo is warm and cozy with very comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay again when we return to Pagosa Springs.

Wonderful, with one exception
5/5 Beautiful place, comfortable beds, kitchen supplied with everything needed, fireplace was cozy.
One complaint that could’ve had serious impact: there was only one contact listed on the communications, and that person never responded to phone call or email.

The Big Chill
3/5 Our arrival was perfect. After settling in we attempted to raise the temperature in the VRBO to something above 64 degrees. The heater would turn on for a few minutes, then shut off. We repeated resets with no luck. We contacted the phone number provided and there were attempts to walk us through the process. We were told that the owner could adjust the temperature remotely and he was contacted. This too was unsuccessful. A technician was called, and he arrived the following day. His attempts were unsuccessful. No calls were made to us to relay a path forward. So we were cold for the entire time we were there.
Additionally, the carpet in the living room was stained with spots as large as a basket ball.
Really comfortable condo close to town
4/5 First of all, this condo has a wonderful local support. Heather was always available, and returned phone calls right away.
This condo has a very nice kitchen with plenty of kitchen appliances
. It has a roomy downstairs with comfortable living room furniture and large windows for lots of sunshine. The mattresses are really firm memory foam, and there are extra pillows and blankets for the beds.. The outside porch was our favorite place to sit to relax, it has great views, and is in the shade all day long. This place is about a 15 minute ride to downtown and the springs. It is a 10 minute walk to restaurants and a large grocery store.
The condo is in a small neighborhood , and very quiet with private parking. I would rent this unit again.
