Comfortable
5/5 We enjoyed our stay at Brendas property. As she says, this is an older home but improvements that have been made to date and comfortable bedding plus the location make this a great place to stay. It was easy to access the River Trail on our bikes and we enjoyed the quiet neighborhood.

Charming home
5/5 Everything about this home was delightful. Great location in Montrose and with easy access to Black Canyon NP. Clean. Our Golden Retriever loved the back yard, which we don’t have. The entire process through VRBO, the property manager and owner was accurate and timely. We won’t hesitate to stay here next visit if available.
