5/5 The property was very clean and tidy. It was very spacious and there was plenty of room for eight guys to separate into their own areas. It had all the basic necessities. The view was impressive. The owner was very responsive the 2 times we needed him. He gave us access to the garage to store bikes Even though that was his personal area. I would definitely stay there again.

Great city/nice home
4/5 We enjoyed our stay in the Grand Junction area and the location of this home to the Colorado National Monument allowed us to visit this park multiple times. Having two master bedrooms made it very nice for two couples and the upstairs balcony area became our favorite place to hang out.

Not Clean - even after cleaning
1/5 Worst house rental ever. The house had not been cleaned when we arrived at night. We had to clean a disgusting bathroom and bedroom, and put clean sheets on the bed, just to get a night's sleep. We then had to clean the kitchen so we could unload groceries. To be fair the owner offered to have it cleaned that night be we were exhausted from travel and too angry to deal with anyone.
Then, the next day the house was "cleaned". Since it was just my husband and I staying there, they didn't even attempt to clean all the extra bedrooms and bathrooms. I had asked them to clean our bedroom and bathroom first to be sure they would be finished by the time we got back from a hike. Somehow, they simply didn't clean the other bedrooms and bathrooms at all.
The property management company gave us less than one night's stay as a credit. Not even close to making up for wrecking what was supposed to be a special stay.
Overall, the house is as pictured. Other people's comments are all accurate. Just know you're taking a risk here.
