Empower Field
4/5 Overall great location to empower field. Check-in process was easy, and our guest contact was kind and very responsive/attentive and apologetic when we arrived and the townhome hadn’t quite been cleaned properly. Overall nice stay.

Good property but needs some attention
4/5 This property is not 5 star but has potential. The kitchen level was our main hangout and gathering area. Good appliances, countertops and design. The large sofa and big screen TV was great for watching the Nuggets playoff game.
We took in The Children’s Museum, the Botanical Gardens, the nearby restaurants and parks during our stay so the location is good.
Joshua was our contact and was responsive to any requests. The items of issue can be easily improved or repaired. A dirty garage, deck screen difficult to open/close, deck flooring in disrepair. No privacy on the top deck so you will meet the neighbors if you hang out there long. Could really use a lattice barrier or some kind of privacy shield. Overall a good place. We’d stay again if these items were resolved.
