Great Neighborhood
5/5 The property was just as described. The walkability to restaurants and coffee shops as well as Wash Park was great. The neighborhood was very nice. We didn't really use the kitchen for much but it looked to have everything needed if you were to use it. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

5/5 The house was perfect! Lovely neighborhood! Parking was a piece of cake! The beds were comfy! We could walk everywhere! For groceries! Shopping on Pearl! The University of Denver! I know…so many exclamation points, but I’m not exaggerating when I say I looked at homes to buy here because I LOVED EVERYTHING!

Beautiful home
5/5 This was our first visit to Denver. Could not be happier with this home. The neighborhood was gorgeous. Close to the highway made getting out and exploring pretty easy.
The home itself was great, exactly as pictured in the listing. The backyard was nicer than the pictures. Perfect for us to let the pup out. There was a full bedroom and bathroom on the main floor so if you have issues with stairs this home could work for you. The upstairs bed and bathroom are completely secluded from the downstairs and very quiet, great for getting a good night sleep.
There was shampoo, conditioner, lotion and body wash both bathrooms. Hair dryer and clothing steamer in the upstairs bath. Only thing we missed was an on site washer/dryer (we knew this from the listing)
Overall, highly recommend this home!
Lovely Home with a Great Location
5/5 We stayed at the house for 4 weeks and loved it! We both work remotely and the house was setup so that we each had our own space. internet service was fast and never gave us any issues.
The house is 3 blocks from Washington Park which is a beautiful park and excellent for evening strolls.
Sherri was a great host and very accommodating.When we realized we didn’t have access to laundry she was kind enough to allow us to use the machines at the house.
Overall it was a great experience.
Terrific Stay
5/5 Thank you for a great stay in Wash Park. Simple clean warm home .All the supplies were in great, the bedding was terrific. Everything worked great. The back yard was perfect for the dogs. Great location very close to the park. Whole foods right near by and very close to the freeway. All in All, the best place we have stayed in three years. Thank you
