  We had a great time staying at this house. My kids loved it and we were very comfortable. The pantry full of staples was much appreciated, as was the nice coffee set up. The kitchen knives are nicer than what you usually find in a rental, and actually cut food easily. I do think a previous renter may have left with your coffee grinder, but we just bought ground coffee.

  There were no unexpected surprises with this place, it was exactly as pictured. It was snowing the week that I visited, so it was really nice to be able to park in the garage. I booked this house because of its location, but I was nervous about booking it after reading one of the reviews that said the place was dirty. I'm happy to report that the house was very clean, cozy, and convenient. I loved that the handheld shower in the master bathroom had the magnetic return. I'm short and can never reach the shower head up top, so having the magnetic return was super helpful. It was also very nice to have a monitor to connect my laptop to. The property management team was wonderful, especially Jacob. My flight arrived earlier than expected and he was very pleasant to deal with for an early check in. It was snowing pretty hard on the day I had to leave, and he was very gracious about letting me have a late check out if it would have been necessary. During my stay, I had one or two other questions for him that popped into my late evening - but he was always quick to respond, no matter what time it was. The only minus is that the kitchen wasn't that well stocked - for instance, there weren't any storage containers - so if you cook and want to store leftovers, there weren't too many options. There were only 6 plates. The baking ware was pretty worn and torn, so if you wanted to put a casserole or something in the oven, there was no good way to do it. I'd stay here again.

• Terrible - least inviting, least comfortable VRBO I’ve ever been in - renting for the past 10 years!

  This house looked clean at first glance. Looks can be deceiving. The first floor flooring was grossly dirty - our socks turned black. I don’t think the floor was ever washed… ever. And the little roomba wasn’t much help. The one piece of furniture in the living room was hard as rock. We couldn’t even sit on it. Same with the bedroom futon. No other furniture in the LR; nothing comfortable about the first floor. Dishes and pans had dried food on them. Master bath toilet had dried urine down the front of the bowl and it had pooled and dried around the toilet. Used the dryer - nothing getting dry so I cked the filter. I don’t think it had ever been cleaned…there was thick lint behind and under the dryer as well. Fire hazard. The list went on and on. I Took pictures of everything when I came in and left it in better shape than I found it. Horrible experience- don’t waste your money!! You won’t enjoy this condo. It has great potential but jeez!
