  Huge place right next to Downtown Breckenridge. 3 levels with plenty of beds and rooms. Amazing hot tub, open two car garage made it easy for the grandparents to park and get their stuff out. Communication with staff was easy and great. Overall an amazing house, location and property management!

• Ok for Skiers

  The posting said that the room temps was between 68-72. That was not the case. The thermostats were locked at 57 degrees and 65, depending which room you were in.

  There is no front yard.

  The small back yard was weed covered.

  For 3 families with kids not the best match.

  For people/groups that come to stay and ski is was fine.

  - Thank you for choosing to stay in our Breckenridge, Colorado home and leaving a review, as guest feedback is vitally important to us and the success of our vacation rental business.
  - We apologize for any temperature inconvenience. The house is heated by Radiant heat, offering comfort once warmed up. We've adjusted settings to maintain a pleasant environment, usually ranging from 67 - 75 degrees. While some guests asked for lower temperatures, most find it comfortable. Room heaters are available in bedroom closets for those who prefer it warmer.
  - Regarding the yards, there is no front yard, as shown in the pictures. The backyard features natural mountain landscaping to blend with the surroundings, as depicted. The 5000 sq ft house offers ample space with two large decks and a lower-level patio for kids to play and guests to spread out.
  
  We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

  The house was fantastic and enormous, spanning 3 floors, with lots of bedrooms and outdoor deck space. The games were top notch! High quality pool and foosball tables, and a sweet retro arcade came, plus a cabinet FULL of cards and board games (even toys for kids!). It was very clean and the host was super nice, helpful, and responsive. Check-in and Check-out were easy and smooth. Would definitely stay here again!

• The Crown Retreat

  Very quiet, roomy and has many options. Saw a buck with velvet, he was comfortable with us watching him. Close to town and all activities. Would stay here again!

• Great house!

  The Crown Retreat was a much bigger house than we were expecting. We had 4 adults and 4 teenagers and had tons of room and extra beds. Everything was new, clean, and modern. It is nicer than the typical rental. The hot tub got a lot of use after hiking and rafting, as did the Pac Man machine, pool table, and football. The house is well located 5 minutes from Breck. We’re looking forward to coming back in the winter and would highly recommend it to anyone considering staying in Summit County.
