  This is a very nice, clean place to stay and also convenient to get into Boulder. The owners are very good hosts. Everything we needed was in the apartment when we arrived.

  Barbara and Richard were great hosts. The basement apt was the best ever, had everything I needed and more. Beautiful area in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, just a few miles from downtown Boulder. TV was great, Netflix and more. Internet was very fast, could stream video with no buffering for hours. I will definately put this VRBO on my list of places to return. L

  I can not say enough wonderful things about this rental. I spent over 20 years in the Hospitality industry as a rep for luxury hotels, and I would recommend this VRBO to any of my associates/friends/families. It was immaculate, well appointed and ideally situated not to far from Boulder proper, but far enough to get to enjoy the quiet natural beauty of the locale. The unit is a fully remodeled basement unit, the windows in the living area were perfectly situated to let in plenty of daylight - since we were out most hours of the days, being a basement unit was a non-issue and I was able to sleep in without any issues of bright light waking me up early. The bed was perfect, not lumpy or cheap, attention to detail to all of the linens on the bed (down comforter) as well as fabulous, thick, fluffy bath towels and plenty of them! We were initially baffled by the steam shower and how it functioned, but no worries they provide a cheat sheet. Also, it may look small in the pics but my 6'1" , 270lb husband had no issues with it. Thankfully WIFI was included, as we had NO cell service (Sprint & Verizon), so I was able to enable wifi calling on my cell, but if that is not an option for you, they provide a local phone/landline as well. Since we were on vacation, we were ok with not having cell service, as we were still able to surf the web, post/msg via social media. Although we only got a chance to meet Richard for a few minutes while we were there, I did all of my pre-trip correspondence with Barb. She was helpful and prompt in her replies and made it a point to email during our trip just to touch base since we kept missing one another on site. This was the ideal location and amenities for us. We look forward to returning again soon and will most definitely recommend it to our family & friends that live in Boulder, for their future visitors to consider using as well.
