When the snow begins to fall, head to Breckenridge Ski Resort - located just 5 minutes away - for world-class skiing. The mountain features 34 chair lifts, over 2,900 acres of skiable terrain, and 187 trails, ideal for all skiing and snowboarding enthusiasts.
Winter isn't the only time to enjoy Breckenridge. During the summer months, you can hike through the mountains, fish on the Blue River, go whitewater rafting, kayaking, mountain biking, and so much more.

Winter getaway
5/5 Perfect house for a family vacation to Breckenridge. The house has a spacious layout with a cozy cabin feel.
Communication from the owner was perfect throughout the whole stay. They were always quick to text back with any questions we had.
The kitchen is well stocked with anything you might need to cook. The bedrooms were well stocked with extra blankets and pillows. The beds were comfortable and the kids loved the bunk beds.
The hot tub was hot and in perfect working order. We have a winter trip every year and a hot tub is a must for us, this was the nicest one we have ever used.
The kids enjoyed sledding down a hill in the backyard with sleds at the house.
The house feels secluded with just a couple of neighbors (who we never saw once).
Less than 10 minutes to town for dining, nightlife and the gondola. The roads are always well plowed and easy to travel.
Highly recommend this house.

The House is a Dream
5/5 We had a lovely stay! The house is spacious and clean and had plenty of space for 6 adults to spread out. The house is situated close to Breckenridge an easy 7 min drive away.
Check in was easy and instructions were well communicated.
The only cons I would say about our stay are that:
The appliances are a little wonky, like gas stove burners don't all light. There could be a bit more seating in the living room - for a house that houses so many I was a little surprised that neither of the living rooms in the house could comfortably seat us all, there were always 2 that had to sit on a foot stool or pull over a dining room chair. These things were very minor.
We had a lovely stay and will definitely consider this house again if we're back
Great house and great location
4/5 This house is a great place for 2 families with 4 or more kiddos. We had a great stay, it was clean and the location was great - only about 7-10 min away from downtown Breck. We loved it for Spring Break.

5/5 This was the perfect home base for our family gathering to ski and celebrate my husbands 40th birthday. There was plenty of room for our families to spread out and everyone age 2-60 were happy and comfortable.
