3 Day vacation
4/5 The property was clean and quite. It is set as a rental property. The home feel the owner never leave there and house did not have a home feeling!!! The furniture not as comfortable and warm. But it was clean and had all the utensils. The owner was very nice over the phone but I did not care for Vrbo ( online management) communication.

We love Tahoe!
4/5 Home was in a great location lake wise. Quiet neighborhood, close to Alpine where we skied, lots of nice waterfront parks nearby for the 2 year old, close to many good restaurants. We drove around the whole lake and were very happy we picked this area.
Lay-out of the home was also great for a 2 year old. Minimal nick-knacks which was perfect. Upstairs bedroom was a bit of a challenge to sleep in as the roof line angled on one side. Person sleeping on that side had to get out of bed carefully so they didn't bang their head.
Only negative was the cleanliness of the kitchen. We found dirty dishes in the cabinet, dirty silverware in the drawer with food crumbs, greasy pots and pans, chunks of food in the dishwasher (that had been cleaned). Shades over sink need to be cleaned. Owner was made aware of these issues and apologized but there was nothing he could do. We washed everything before using it.
Overall, the stay was great.
I enjoy the cabin
5/5 I really love and enjoy the cabin and have so much fun with my family and the cabin is rely clean and you find everything you need . I enjoy the jacuzzi so much

Ideal House for a family vacation
5/5 Thank you for a great stay during our winter family vacation. We had family from the Bay Area, Austin, and Oklahoma all meeting up to enjoy a few days of skiing and winter activities. The house fit everyone comfortably and close to so many things in the area.
The host was super responsive when needed.

Excellent location and features
4/5 We had a great stay — features like the gas fireplace, hot tub, and large windows were fantastic. Great neighborhood, convenient to drive to shopping and restaurants. However, cleaning prior to our arrival was not thorough. Also, it would have been nice to have more hand towels and better cooking tools. Also, both sofa beds in the loft are broken (house info stated that only one was broken). We will send a note to the company with the details so hopefully these minor issues can be addressed for future guests. Overall, a good deal on a very nice house.
