A wonderful stay
5/5 The stay was incredible. The home was gorgeous and the owner was very responsive.
The communication with the property management company wasn't great. I had emailed a few questions and it took roughly 3 emails to get my question answered and then it was answered differently by 3 different people that responded at different times.
However, don't let that detract from the home. Great location in a gated community. For the time of year we traveled, we did opt for heating the pool for our stay and it worked out perfectly. The putting & chipping was perfect for our teenage boy. The outdoor area was a haven and so relaxing with everything you could need. It was a wonderful stay in Surprise. I would rent this home again in the future in a heartbeat.

Fall break
5/5 Property was exactly as listed. House was beautiful, very clean. Paid for heating the pool and we were not disappointed, temperature was consistent throughout our stay. Definitely willl rent this house again.
