Adequate for short stay
3/5 House is spacious and plenty of sun light but outdoor patio furniture is in very poor condition. Using BBQ grill was great but unable to use outdoor furniture. Not able to use the garage. Place is OK for shorter stays under 1 month. Would not recommend for 3 month stay

-We're pleased to inform you that a new patio set has been ordered, and we've recently received confirmation of its impending delivery.
-Our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused by the delay. We were only made aware of the need for replacement four days ago, and upon receiving pictures of the old set, immediate action was taken. Our dedicated housekeeping team made efforts to ensure guest comfort in the interim by creatively reconfiguring the existing pieces into a makeshift large couch. Rest assured, the replacement process is underway, and we're committed to rectifying the situation promptly.
-The listing indicates a dedicated parking space; however, please note that personal items are currently stored in the garage, rendering it unavailable to guests.
