5/5 We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Cozy fireplace, nice hot tub, the beds were comfortable, the neighborhood nice. Good quiet location

Great place!
4/5 Nice, quiet neighborhood. Ample space in house. Cupboards a bit dated but functional. Overall pretty clean. (Master bath floor rugs were dirty upon arrival)

Sisters Trip
4/5 Location was great. Hot tub was clean. Plenty of space. Private location even being on the corner. Quiet neighborhood. Close to hiking, we walked to Sugar Loaf trail. Central location to lots of Sedona trails.
Negatives: security light at front door didn’t stay lit, couldn’t see to unlock door. House felt kinda grubby. Cobwebs in almost every room, cabinets felt sticky not very clean. Small bathroom sink could use a good cleaning, no water pressure in that sink. No bedside reading lamp in master. Some lamps had no outlet nearby to plug in. Lumpy pillows. Bedding could use a refresh.

Location Location Location
5/5 Location was key for us and this property was perfect being it was within walking distance to trails as well as stores, restaurants and to the town of Sedona. The house was perfect for my family of 5 and the hot tub was a bonus after a long day of hiking to come back and relax in. The house was clean and comfortable. The hostess was prompt in responding to text questions and was very helpful in giving great suggestions. I highly recommend this property if you’re headed to Sedona!
