Spring break reunion
5/5 My wife and I gathered our whole family, plus our kids and grandkids (4 kids 18 months - 5 years old, plus 7 adults). For our family, the house was perfect. The 2 young families (with 2 kids each) took the upstairs bedrooms which could each easily handle a family of 4 - 2 adults with 2 young kids. The old folks took the downstairs bedrooms (my wife and I in one, and my wife’s sister in the other). Plenty of room. Well-equipped kitchen, and plenty of space for the little ones to spread out. Lots more space for kids to sleep, but they would have to be much older than ours. Location is ideal - right by the two major highways (40 and 17) for day trips to Sedona and Grand Canyon railroad.

We enjoyed the house
4/5 The house is described accurately and was fun to stay in. The table was large enough for 10 to play games and eat at. There were many sleeping options.
I didn't feel it was appropriate to require every adult to provide a photo ID.

Graduation Trip
5/5 This home was perfect for our family! The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and dinner, many sources of entertainment for the adults and kids, super clean, and spacious! We all really enjoyed our stay and hope to stay in this home again!
