  The code we were told to use did not unlock the door. Had to call multiple times just to get a code to get into the house. Once we were finally inside, we noticed all the beds were poorly made and the bedding on multiple beds smelled dirty. My sister and I spent the first night of vacation washing bedding for 6 beds. We had to fold and put up all the towels because they were left in the dryer. We had to pay an outrageous amout for "cleaning fees", but we had to clean when we arrived and again when we left - following check out instructions.

• Great, but not perfect!

  This home was very clean and very nice. It was a good location for going to Hot Springs National Park as well as quite a few state parks. We enjoyed sitting outside around a fire the last night we were there and appreciated there being firewood and camping chairs. However, there were a few things that were not ideal. For example, the amount of seating in the kitchen and living room was small compared to how many beds it provided. We were a bit cramped when we were eating or sitting around and talking. Also, the neighbors across the street had 2 dogs that were not on leashes and they wouldn't leave us alone. It made it difficult to take our dogs outside to do anything other than use the bathroom, which is a shame because the back yard was really nice and the dogs would have loved to have been able to play outside more. Those things being said, I would still probably go back there again because of how clean it was and how nice the owner's were. It made it worth it.

  From the owner: "I apologize for the brown dog from across the street. He was dropped off in the neighborhood a couple of months ago and never left. The old lady from across the street is such an animal lover that she took him in even tho he is kind of a 'nuisance' getting into the trash, bugging everyone, and carrying off everything left outside. She wanted to find him a loving home instead of calling an animal shelter. Since your stay, she has found him a good loving home with a friend of hers. So, if you decide to rent my home again this will not be an issue and your dogs can enjoy the yard. once again, I apologize for the inconvenience."

  Nice little house near Hot Springs. This house was close to my relatives and really suited our needs. Super clean and a cozy, it had everything we needed. We also appreciated the welcoming committee great pyrneese and lab who wanted to say hello to us. We'll consider staying here again next time we're in town!

• Nice place to stay

  The house is really nice and in a quiet neighborhood. The best part for us was the dogs from across the street came over to visit. We'll definitely stay here again.
