So relaxing
5/5 We took a group of our leaders who had earned the trip. Literally, we could have stayed on either deck, upper or lower or the dock and just stared at the gorgeous water for the entire time. The weather was perfect, the neighborhood was safe and pleasant. The deer were everywhere, adding to the beauty. The home was fully stocked with every pot and pan, dish and appliance one would need. And the lower bunk room/game room that opened to the lower deck was an entire extra gathering space. It was just a short drive to downtown Hot Springs and very close to a DG if we needed anything. We were so pleased. No hiccups, or difficulties.
Beautiful Home
5/5 We had a wonderful stay! The area was nice and quiet, everything we wanted to do and see was a short 15-30 min drive. The home was spacious and accommodated our group easily (five 16 year old boys) and our adult friends. One of our favorite vacations homes to date!

5/5 This home was exactly as described and very spacious. The area was nice and quiet. We all enjoyed the kayaks and paddleboard. I would recommend this place to anyone with a large group.
