• Great Weekend Stay

  For the past couple years we have planned a quick get away for 2 days in Hot Springs Village with our dog. This was our first time staying at this home and it was a perfect choice for the two of us and our sweet older dog. We found the home to be clean and quiet. We loved that we could let our dog out into the fenced back yard and she loved it. We would recommend this home and hope to return again. Thanks for letting us enjoy your lovely place!

• Rest and Relaxation- top notch

  We loved our trip! Perfect home with everything we needed and great quality throughout. We really enjoyed Hot Springs Village too! So beautiful, quiet and peaceful with a lot of Community amenities available if you want to use them. We enjoyed a joint NASA- NOAA presentation pre-eclipse and it was fun to see all of the eclipse activity preparations!

• Pros and cons

  We spent a week at this rental and there we some pros and cons. The pros were that we like the location outside of Hot Springs. It was private, and except for the school bus that came through at 7 am every morning, quiet. We loved the fenced area for our dogs and the use of the grill. The master bed was fairly comfortable, more so than most places that we've stayed. We also really enjoyed all of the trails in the Village.

  The cons were that the master bath has plumbing issues. The sink and shower both drained slow and the toilet had water coming up from the bolt on the floor. We ended up not using it, so we're down one bathroom. There were 5 plug in scent things throughout the home. The smells was overwhelming, and bad for dogs, so we unplugged them until we checked out. The sofa was also old. The seats were broken down, so it wasn't comfortable, leaving no good place to sit to relax and watch TV.

  Overall it was a good stay, and unless these things were repaied, we probably wouldn't book this rental again. With some improvements, this place could easily be 5 stars.

  - The furniture is relatively new, having been purchased brand new just a year ago. We take your feedback seriously and will address any issues with it.
  - We apologize for the overwhelming scent from the plug-ins. We've instructed our cleaning crew to reduce their use of these devices to ensure a more pleasant environment for our guests.
