• Peaceful and the perfect getaway from the city

  The house was so clean! We were very impressed by the decor and furniture. The home had everything we needed… from cooking, relaxing outside, and making our lattes.

  The homes perfectly tucked away. It’s right on the water. Not too far from Bentonville city life and eureka springs.

  My family and I can’t wait to come back!

• Beautiful House on Crystal Clear Beaver Lake

  What an absolutely beautifully remodeled lake house with every amity! Great location just outside Eureka Springs. Beds were all very comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. Being dog friendly was an extra bonus. We stayed over spring break so didn’t get to enjoy to water every much. The trek down to the dock was slightly arduous but the water was so clear you can see the bottom. Clear enough to see that there were no fish coming close to your hook. Had a great time overall and would love to return. Highly recommend.

• Nov 2023 weekend stay

  House is absolutely fantastic. We had planned to have 6 adults but only ended up with 4 of us. Wouldn't have been a problem if we had 8!

  Used more of the amenities (aka kitchen) than we normally do because the restaurants aren't far but the drive seems longer than it really is. Oven and pellet grill worked well. Bring your own wire brush for the grill and extra kitchen towels. We couldn't find either. Also pack some extra paper towels.

  Only complaint was that the Internet access did not work so there was no college football for us on Saturday. :-(

  Tried to message the host for a late checkout before we arrived and about the Internet access but got no response. Probably should have called instead of relying on VRBO messaging.

  We had a wonderful time at the lake house!

  The house is beautiful, spacious, and clean.

  We sat on the deck with a warm fire and enjoyed the lake view!

  Highly recommend!!!

• 46th Anniversary Trip

  This was a trip to celebrate our 46th anniversary. We stayed at the house for 5 days. This home is amazing, very comfortable, and had everything we needed. The house is very clean, recently updated and beautifully decorated. It is in a beautiful location right on Beaver Lake. You can walk out the back door to the dock and the water. We went sightseeing every day. Visited Beaver Lake, Thorncrown Chapel, Christ of the Ozarks, Lake Leatherwood, the suspension bridge, Eureka Springs and much more. There is so much to see and do in the area. After a full day of activities we came back to this lovely home to relax in the peace and quiet. We grilled dinner every night on the patio and enjoyed the view of the lake. We would highly recommend this home and the beautiful surroundings. We had an amazing time and hope to return.
