• Nice weekend getaway

  House was nice and clean but a little deceiving from the pictures. Lots of stairs, hard to tell from the listing, no big deal for us but wasn't expecting 5 different floors. :) Could use some updates with light fixtures and AC (Upstairs king room had a window unit to assist with cooling and most of the lights were pretty dim) but overall we had great time and the home was very adequate for our needs. Easy to find and host was responsive to any questions I had. Kitchen was well stocked, main living room sofa was super comfy, lots of room for our group to spread out, we would stay again. Thanks for sharing your home!

• Wonderful Accomodations

  The house had everything we needed, including plenty of beds and kitchen amenities to cook all of our meals at the house. We also used the community pool several times, which was a quick drive down the road. The owners were wonderful to work with and very responsive to our questions. The young adults would have loved another kayak, but they did all enjoy swimming in the lake, which was a steep walk down from the property, but doable for the younger, more in shape family members. Overall, a wonderful place to stay!

• Perfect House with Lots of Room

  The house was perfect for our group of 9 adults. We arrived in Arkansas early and were even allowed to access the house earlier than expected, which was wonderful. The house was stocked with everything we needed to make breakfast each morning and dinner each evening. We did wish that there was a larger skillet, but we were able to make food in the pots and pans available for use. Our only surprise was that the biggest bedroom was actually on the highest level (which meant lots of stairs). Based on the pictures, we thought there were two large bedrooms in the lowest level; the living room and kitchen on the second level; and a queen room, twin room, and bathroom on the highest level but this was not the case. There is only one bedroom on the lowest level, which opens to the deck with the hot tub, and a separate bathroom and living room. The second level does have the kitchen and large living room, which opens to two additional decks with lots of seating (which we used frequently); a third level with two smaller bedrooms and a separate bathroom; and then the fourth level has a large bedroom with stairs within the room to access the third bathroom in the house. The set up of the house was not a big deal for us, but just a surprise. We would also just recommend that a second kayak be available for use. There was one, which was nice, but with a house this big that holds this many people, it would be nice if at least two people could kayak together. Overall, we had a great visit and the owners were very nice and responsive (the electricity went out in the community and the owners confirmed this for us). We spent most of our time actually at the house and at the community pool, which was just a short drive away (it could probably be walked but the roads are very steep and curvy), which made for a very relaxing week. If we ever make it back to Arkansas, we would not hesitate to stay here again!

• Perfect family getaway

  We spent an extended weekend with all of our kids and grands. This space was perfect for us. Tons of room inside where everyone could spread out. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Kayak was fun for people to try. Easy walk directly to the water. Highly recommended if you need a place to relax and enjoy!!
