Great place, very convenient to everything you need
5/5 Nice location on lake. Very easy to get to airport, groc stores, downtown - all within 5 min drive. Also convenient to get to other destinations outside of Fairbanks. Great home base.

Best house in Fairbanks!!
5/5 I highly recommend this wonderful home for a vacation spot in Fairbanks. Easy to find from the airport, close to grocery stores. Lovely quiet neighborhood. Home is spotless, comfortable furniture and beds, and everything looks new. Fully stocked kitchen, large bathrooms and bedrooms. Big back deck looking onto a lake with plenty of open sky to view the northern lights and stars. The cherry on top were the owners who were very quick to respond to questions, and the most helpful and nicest ever! We are already planning a return trip to this home.

Great house in awesome location.
5/5 Clean, well cared for and spacious house in a quiet neighborhood on a lake shore. 10-15 min drive from the airport, Ceamer's Field, and the downtown. We enjoyed staying there a lot, and would definitely stay there again!
