Such a unique stay!
5/5 We headed to northern Arkansas over spring break with our 9 year old son and had a fantastic stay here. The cabin is set up as a movie theater which we put to use each evening after hitting the trails in the area. Debbie and Chris made sure the cabin was fully furnished with all that we would need and offered to restock us with anything if we ran low/out. We would stay here again in a heartbeat if/when we make it back to the area again. Out of the dozens of rentals we've vacationed at as a family, this was our son's favorite one. As parents, having such accommodating hosts as the Sims, made this a top notch stay. Don't overthink this, it's a can't miss place!

5/5 Easy check in, good correspondence and clean property. Had water, soda, and popcorn already in property. Was about 45 minutes from some very nice hiking trails. Had a very nice stay.

5/5 Clean, cozy and great location. Chris and his wife were great, very helpful and appreciated them accomidating our truck, trailer and our bikes. My husband and I, highly recommend Sim's Wild West Cabin!

Loved this cabin!
5/5 We really enjoyed our stay here! The cabin was very centrally located for what we wanted to do. The cabin was very nice and very clean and relaxing! Chris and Debbie were wonderful, and we will definitely be staying here again!
