  The unit was very functional lots of space but it was worn down. The carpet needs to be replaced, decking in back needs to be updated, I had to fix the door knob to garage and the front door knob. Other than that as I said it was very functional.

  Had another memorable trip to Sunriver! This house helps make the memories. Loved playing ping pong and utilizing the Sharc passes. The location of the house is nice to escape just off the Sunriver property on the trails. We will be back for sure!

  Barbecue grill doesn't work. Carpet where the kitchen table smells like dogs, I know that this house pets are welcome but it doesn't mean that carpet doesn't need to be clean. Great location, the house is big enough for a family of four, but very dusty place. I even broke down of rash on my neck. Duvets that are on the beds even the one in closets are super dusty needs washing big time. I would return to this house but only if it improves in what I just listed.

  This property is wonderful and filled with the amenities you would want for sun river: bikes, foose ball, ping pong, some inflatable floaties, plenty of media options, games, great kitchen and a hot tub. It was clean and comfortable. The truly exceptional part was howresponsive and helpful the owner was. He would answer questions in a timely manner and was always able to solve any issue.

  This property had a great layout and the best furnished kitchen out of all the rentals we have stayed at. Mike was prompt in communicating with me. The property does need some sprucing up and a good spring cleaning. The biggest complaint we had was getting the house to maintain a comfortable temperature on both levels. The guests in the downstairs bedrooms were sleeping with piles of blankets because it was freezing cold but in the master it was sheet only because it never cooled down. There was a lot of space in the master and we were able to set up both dog kennels with tons of room to spair. This would be a great room for parents with little kids who need to sleep in pack and plays in the same room. The closets in each room were stuffed with blankets, fans, pack and plays and it took a lot of rearranging to make room for our own clothing to hang up. Only one of the three sliding doors we used had a screen. We found one on the deck and my husband put it on the master door to help cool things down at night but you couldn't open and close the door without it falling off so we just used the one main door. I loved the gates on the deck and would stay here again if traveling with younger kids. The carpet was nice and the furniture in the living room was comfortable.

  Response from owner: "Thank you, Jessica, for your feedback. It is always appreciated. I'm glad you brought up the cooling. We usually close all downstairs vents and open all upstairs vents; this usually evens it out. But, what I need to do is make a placard by the thermostat to illustrate that. I will get with my maintenance team to fix the screen door issue. The doors were all working, but apparently, they have been used pretty hard lately.
