Nice tiny home
5/5 Property was nice and clean. It’s a tiny house which was fine, we were biking, at the beach, or outside most of the day. The bed was firm and comfortable. We would stay again. Good communication with the property manager. Good location for beach access and biking.Thanks for letting us stay.

Lovely home away from home
5/5 Quaint cottage for two! Private surroundings, easy access to beach, tastefully decorated. Furnishings and cottage were very clean on arrival and just as described. Cottage contact thoughtfully called mid visit to see if we needed anything. European appliances were easy to use. Terrific restaurants close by! Loved our stay on 30 A.

5/5 This is the perfect getaway location. Even though you are a block away from the madness of 30A it feels like you are miles out on your own. It is the ideal size for 2 people. Loved Grayton Beach park. Only suggestion would be to have a couple of beach towels and chairs provided. Home was very clean and well decorated. Thank you for a great escape!
