Everything was great and we were happy with the location. The futon was hard to sleep on but the bed was quite comfortable.

If you are looking for a quick convenient to downtown spot that is good for a basic place to crash this is it. Why spend 300$ for a local hotel if you are basically just going to be there to sleep. Cozy Clean and priced right.

Great location for getting around SLC! Stayed there Roth my 2 daughters. We used the air mattress because the futon was not comfortable for sleeping. Air mattress worked well.
