We stayed at the house for three nights while visiting Zion national Park. Overall we had a good experience. The good things: The house is cozy. The beds were comfortable. There was a big lawn that our child enjoyed running around. The property is very close to the supermarket. Things that need improvement: Kitchen wasn't entirely equipped. not enough pots and pans. no colander for pasta. The coffee machine wasn't clean. The dining table isn't very comfortable. We picked the property because of the jacuzzi and found it unclean and with smell of mold. We tried contacting the the property manager but didn't get any assistance. So we ended up not using the jacuzzi which was very disappointing. If all of the above is taken care of it could be a good option.

    Manager's Response:
Tany, we're happy to hear that there were many aspects of this home that you enjoyed! The homeowner has high standards for their property and they're sorry that these issues impacted your stay. When you contacted the owner regarding your concerns, they informed you that the hot tub water had been changed a week prior to your check-in and that the chemicals were also checked before your arrival. It's also our understanding that the owner went to generous measures by offering a different hot-tub for your stay. Additionally, this vacation rental is equipped with the industry standard amount of kitchen supplies, but we're sorry if you found that not to be enough for your stay. We hope you'll consider traveling with us again! Best, the Evolve Team

The location and property had the potential for offering more value, however, the host was complicit with mousedemeanor infractions. The location was good for getting to Zion and enjoying the surrounding area but it just is not a good value when there were mouse droppings in the beds and around the house. Additionally, the hot tub is advertised as the major jewel of this rental but it was massively disappointing and unsanitary. We offer this feedback sincerely and in a lighthearted manner, with no intention to rat them out. We want to provide the hosts an opportunity to address these issues and future guests our perspective from our stay.

    Manager's Response:
Sukh, despite these issues, we hope you were still able to have an enjoyable time overall. The homeowner would like to note that they are working diligently to ensure that the same issues do not recur for future travelers. They can also confirm that there are no pests on the property and it is safe, clean, and guest-ready. We hope that the generous measures from the owner were enough to make up for the inconvenience. We'd love the opportunity to host you again! Best, the Evolve Team

Enjoyed our stay at Daren's place. It was very clean and fresh, especially after a day of hiking. Beds were comfortable, but I would not suggest using the bunk beds for adults, only kids due to the size ;). Had an issue w the hot tub not heating up but Daren was quick to communicate and popped by to help out. Close to groceries (down the street) and a Walmart (10 min drive) and easy access to Zion national park. With heavy traffic upon entering took us about 40 mins.

The house was very clean and welcoming. The host was very kind and accessible, he even brought over a new propane tank for the grill. The hot tub is great. There is a tenant that lives in the basement apartment of the house, I don?t believe that was listed in the description on the website, but we didn?t notice them and felt like we had the place all to ourselves. I would recommend everyone to stay here, and I will definitely stay here if I?m in the area again. Plus it is only 20 minutes from Zion National Park!

La Verkin is a clean and cozy 3 bedroom located midway between Zion's main entrance and the more remote Kolab canyon entrance. Check-in was a breeze and the hosts were quick to respond to our inquiries about the neighborhood. We loved the amenities, in particular the washer/drier and hot tub! Overall a great stay and we would love to visit again :)

This location was great! We had six people in our party visiting for the Zion Half Marathon. Only about ten minutes from the race start line and very close to some local restaurants. There were tenants that lived downstairs but we didn’t have any interaction with them at all. Evolve was very pleasant to communicate with. We received texts prior to our arrival asking to reach out if we needed anything at all. The home had posted instructions on how to operate the hot tub and answered all the basic questions we had. I was also impressed that the rooms had exit diagrams posted. Overall, great experience and highly recommend to anyone interested in visiting Zion National Park!
