Perfect house and location for family in Kanab, Utah
5/5 Our family stayed in Kanab, UT while we visiting the Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon, Bryce Canyon, and Zion National Park. It was a perfect home base, and we could not ask for more in a house for this experience. The owner was extremely helpful with property and area information and quickly responded to any of our questions or needs. We tried most of the restaurant recommendations which were terrific, even for kids with allergies or food preferences. The locals are very friendly. The home is meticulously and beautifully decorated, very comfortable, spacious, and has all of the amenities you could ask for. We rode the 4 bicycles around the scenic town and used the fitness center. We enjoyed relaxing on the back porch, watching March Madness on the large screen TV, and having the use of the Keurig coffeemaker. It was amazing to be able to access many hikes and adventures from this location, including beautiful hikes and trails starting right in the neighborhood (ie- K Hill and Tom's Canyon). We hope to come back again in the near future. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Fantastic getaway
5/5 This property was exceptional. The home is beautiful and is perfectly located. It was stocmed woth practically everything you can think of. I would recommend this home to anyone. Its.such a perfect way to be.away from home.

5/5 I cannot recommend this property enough! This was the best VRBO that I have EVER stayed in! Scott & Eden were great hosts! They thought of everything! From ziploc bags, foil, saran wrap, condiments in stocked, to games to play, puzzles, great music, etc. No detail was left unnoticed! We had a delightful stay in Kanab and much due to the comfortable stay that felt so much like our own home.
Scott was attentive and contacted us multiple times throughout before and throughout the stay to check in and make sure our stay was going well and we were doing well. We appreciated the contact.

Amazing Views

BEST STAY EVER!
5/5 We had such a lovely time at this home. Scott and Eden have thought of EVERYTHING! There are condiments, plastic bags, foil, paper plates, plastic utensils, kitchen appliances, etc.
There are games a plenty, music with albums - yes actual LPs!!! We played them and loved it!!
Plenty of towels, we never ran out! Plenty of quality shampoo and conditioner, as well as body wash.
Washer and dryer with plenty of laundry soap!
The home is clean and oh so comfortable.
Definitely would recommend this rental to ALL of my friends and family!
