Admittedly, the space is a bit expensive for the area, but we found it was entirely worth it. The Main-Street loft apartment is up-to-date (the pics do not disappoint) and welcoming. Features whimsical wine corner (well done Evolve!!). The management is responsive and aims to please. Mom's Café next door is fabulous. Impressively clean -- which is always my No. 1 issue.

A trip to remember!! Once we made it up the steep stairs, we loved the accommodations. Three nights in very nice, clean, comfortable queen size beds. Modern appliances and delightful decor. We were grateful the bar below was vacant!

    Above bar hideaway

This rental is absolutely adorable and currently above a bar they are renovating. You can tell they put a lot of hard work and charm into it! It was immaculate and cozy. The beds were very soft and we got a good nights rest each night. The listing wasnt completely clear, that we would be above a bar and only one small dog is allowed. But since one of my animals is a service dog Evolve was kind enough to let us bring both and waved a fee. We got a heads up from the manager the night before that they would be renovating the bar. It was fine for us because we are easy going but we could hear the hard work they were putting in (with saws, nail guns etc) all weekend. If you need a quiet place to sleep this may not be your spot. About 8pm on Sunday they started trying out the stereo system. The manager sent us a nice lengthy email prior to the visits with info about the town, where to eat, what to see etc. It was very helpful. They even threw in coupons to a diner a couple doors down (we reccomend the scones). My favorite part of the rental was how well it was decorated and gave you the small town charm and history with a big updated kitchen and nice shower. No problems with running out of hot water. They also have a huge TV an nice stereo system! Thanks for the getaway!

This is really nice place, once you get up the stairs, there is no parking, so you have to park a block away and walk. The apartment is clean and very cute.

    Manager's Response:
Chris, we're sorry to hear you had issues with parking during your stay. We shared your feedback with the homeowner who can confirm there is parking directly in front of the apartment building, which guests are welcome and encouraged to use. We apologize if there was confusion about this and wish you would've reached out to let us know so we had to chance to address your concerns. Additionally, we understand this was your second stay at this property and you didn't have this issue during your previous stay. We are confident this was an isolated incident and future guests will have exceptional stays! Best, the Evolve Team

Clean, comfortable apartment. Everything you need in kitchen. Nice tile shower and comfortable furniture. Cute decorations. Owners were very helpful and friendly. The only downfall for us was the truck noise and the stairs. If you are a light sleeper it’s noisy. The stairs are very steep.
