    Nice renovated apartment

My first impression was not good as the overall outside, curb appeal looked untidy. There was a torn outdoor carpet with debris on the porch, the sidewalk cement is broken and uneven. Plus I was told to go to Apartment B but there was nothing that said Apt. B but there was a lock system on the front door that worked perfectly to let us in. Everything was clean and well maintained inside the apartment, it fit the listing description and was convenient to hiking in the Grand Staircase-Escalante Monument area. We were close to restaurants, laundromat and grocery stores if needed. The inside of the apartment was great and efforts to upgrade and remodel the apartment were very well done. My husband has worked on several homes and he was impressed with the remodeling results. The only 2 items that I would mention would be to bring some trash bags as there was only 1 bag provided and after a couple of days without having a disposal, our garbage did smell with all the scrapes of food and food boxes. Also bring a roll of paper towels and toilet paper if staying for more than 3 days as there were napkins but no towels and only one roll of toilet paper. Soap and shampoo were plentiful but the shampoo was not very good quality. The kitchen was great and had just enough items to cook with and there was a dishwasher with detergent provided that we were able to wash and sterilize the dishes for the next occupants. A nice scrubbing brush with dish soap was great to wash dishes with. The kitchen table was very small just 2 people. The bathrooms were done well, it would have been nice to have had a towel rack or hanger to hang our wet towels on. The TV, internet all worked very well. Bedrooms were nice and comfortable beds too. We could hear the people below us talking every evening but I'm sure they could hear us walk above them and talk too. But there was no noise from them that went on past 10:30. I would recommend this apartment to anyone that I knew would be coming to this area.

Location was excellent as could walk everywhere around town and hosts very helpful. Website does not say it is a basement of a house although it did say unit B. Also instructions say lockbox but it is a key. Good thing we got there when hosts hotel still open although I am sure they would have gotten us the key somehow if after hours. Was very scarce with garbage bags and paper towels and toilet palate but did bring more next day and I am sure if you ask they bring it but do you really want to do that at a air bnb Kitchen utensils were of lessor quality than
