Amazing propriety for large families
5/5 We all got together to watch the eclipse and visit Bryce. The propriety was perfect for both. The view from the main room was amazing and the proximity to everything was perfect. We walked to the shuttle into the park

Great location and backyard!
4/5 We had such a wonderful stay for my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary. Plenty of rooms and beds for everyone.
As others have mentioned, this property could use a deep clean, especially the carpets. We also struggled to find sheets for the futons, though the property manager was quick to respond and solve the issue.
We loved the pool table/ping pong table! And there was plenty of firewood for the fire pit. Thanks for a great stay.

Great family reunion location
5/5 We enjoyed a very comfortable stay here for the 80th birthday of the matriarch of my extended family. Bryce Canyon and Red Canyon were very close and convenient to explore. The neighborhood was quiet and the view from the large backyard was amazing. The house was clean and big enough to gather all together at times and also to spread out and not always be on top of each other. We'll come again sometime!

50th wedding anniversary family reunion
5/5 Our family gathered for our 50th wedding anniversary celebration and the house was perfect for us! Lots of comfortable bedrooms and gathering rooms. The kids played basketball and netless volleyball, and we sat around the fire pit at night. There is a pool/ping-pong table that was a huge hit with the teens! Bryce Canyon is right there, so hiking and exploring were lots of fun. We had a wonderful celebration and reunion!
