This cabin is right off the road that goes to Exit Glacier...excellent location for a stay in Seward. Literally 5 minutes from the Safeway grocery and maybe 7 minutes to downtown Seward. We will definitely stay here again on future visits. Our family of 4 (including 2 teenagers) stayed in cabin 3 and it was exactly as described. Very clean and everything that we needed. Beds were extremely comfortable, we even loved the pillows. When the hosts Janice and Cliff saw that we had teenage boy and girl they offered a fold out bed so they didn?t have to sleep together! Very sweet and accommodating to every request. Also very handy to have access to laundry room (for a charge). The shower had amazing water pressure (for all you girls out there like me with a LOT of hair) and plenty of hot water. We all remarked on how great the shower was! It completely met our needs, we didn?t spend a lot of time in the cabin because you come to Alaska to explore but while we were there we were very comfortable. Highly recommend!!

We stayed in cabin 3. Although it had everything we needed and was very quiet we found it to be a little "worn" and not up to our standards of cleanliness. We decided to stay an extra night and the host only had cabin 4 available so we took it. That one was a delight. It did not have a full kitchen but it was very clean, cheerful and in good shape. It was also more tucked away than cabin 3 and we liked that one much better.

    Manager's Response:
We're glad you enjoyed your stay overall! Although Cabin 3 is 12 years old, the floor and the walls were refinished this past winter for a pleasing update to the aesthetic. The homeowners are planning to replace the stove and icebox as well. We can assure guests the cabin is well taken care of and thoroughly cleaned before and after each guest stay. We're happy you enjoyed Cabin 4, as it was newly built last year. As evidenced by past reviews, we're more than confident Cabin 3 will continue hosting many satisfied guests! Best, the Evolve Team
