Cute cottage close to beaches

Nice place, dated but very clean and organized
4/5 Overall nice place. Water temperature was a challenge at times, but everything else worked. Our car was damaged overnight while parked on the street. The interior of the house is dated, but was very clean. Only one small TV in the living room, would have been nice to also have televisions in the bedrooms. Having said all that, we enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again.

5/5 We had a great time.. The house was fully equipped with anything we needed. We made great use of the yard. Nice and cool under deck. Quiet neighborhood. Nice and spacious. I would definately rent again.
Bright & Sunny!
5/5 Stayed here for Labor Day weekend,and we just loved it! For my teenage niece and I, there was plenty of space, and the house is centrally located near just about everything in Point Judith. The second floor is bright and sunny, with plenty of sliding doors to bring in the sea air. The kitchen is well stocked with a variety of pots and pans, dishes and cutlery. The bedrooms have air conditioners and fans. The master bedroom may be a little smallish for a couple, but plenty of closet space. The second floor has a wrap around deck, that provides plenty of views.
The owners could not have been nicer, very informative and accommodating. We hope to re-book for a full week next year.
Cozy and clean
5/5 We spent three nights at this cottage and had a fantastic time. The house was clean and had everything we needed to make meals and hang out after spending the day at the beach (which was a short five minute drive away). The outdoor shower was lovely! A State Park borders the property and the neighborhood is super quiet and seemed very safe. The owner was extremely responsive and nice, very accommodating. While the cottage itself is somewhat dated, the rental price reflects that and it's a good value for the area. We would stay there again.
