Discover the Leelanau Peninsula between Lake Michigan and Grand Traverse Bay where historic port towns such as Suttons Bay, Glen Arbor, and Fishtown in Leland reside. Stop into boutiques, wineries, and breweries throughout these harbor towns.

Traverse City is known as the “Cherry Capital” growing 74% of the country's tart cherries. If you happen to be visiting in the late June/early July months, be sure to check out the National Cherry Festival. When visiting in spring or fall take an enchanted tour of Michigan's Famous M-22, and enjoy the smell of cherry blossoms and vibrant changing leafs with the view of Lake Michigan on one side.

    Our family really enjoyed our stay at the property. Just wish the sprinklers didn't come on in the evening when we were enjoying the sunset and fire pit.

  • Unique Woodland Cabin

    We stayed here with six adults and three children (age 9-11), and it worked very well for us. We were able to easily visit Traverse City, Suttons Bay, Leland, and Sleeping Bear Dunes, and the cabin as a good place to relax when we weren't out and about. The kids amused themselves running around in the yard. It is a bit remote, but that is part of what makes it distinctive.If I could recommend any improvement, it would be window covers, but we really had no major complaints.

  • Our Michigan family vacation

    This cabin was perfect for our family getaway! It is a great location to use as a homebase to explore all the beautiful scenery that northern Michigan has to offer. It's secluded and a very peaceful place to stay. Everyday after our fun filled adventures, we came back to the cabin for a lovely fire on the back patio. The cabin has all the amenities needed for a wonderful visit. We would definitely stay here again if visiting the area in the future.

  • Secluded but close to town

    We stayed at this property for the annual marathon in Traverse City. It was secluded, but not too far from everything! The master was wonderful and the kitchen was very well equipped! The fire pit and outside area was very nice. The owners were very responsive. Thank you!
