Not enjoyable at all
1/5 Went for a short getaway with some friends. When booked I received the instructions on the property, one of which was a strict no noise after 9. From 10 till midnight the lady who lived down stairs was listening to music so loud we could not only hear it above our TV but it even shook the floor. Then the next day after spending all day in the Texas summer heat we got back to the property and the AC had been out for several hours. Tried calling the property manager for assistance, only received a text back with instructions that didn't help our situation. We were forcing us to return home a day early because of the heat.

Family outing around Houston
4/5 Pretty quiet, surrounded by trees, soothing bird sounds as soon as you open your door! Nice deck/balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or beers in afternoon. Well thought out stock of kitchen utensils, spices and accessories. Wanted to point one thing, some blinds are missing at entrance/kitchen area which should be added and the glass sliding door needs cleaning to enjoy the balcony view. Otherwise it was a great experience for us.

Houston Apartment with Private Balcony
5/5 Great location apartment, perfect for staying around northwest Houston with close proximity to downtown. Apartment was clean and exactly as described. Included all plates/silverware/spices and appliances for a fully usable kitchen. Even had coffee. My family and I really enjoyed the private entrance and exit without any disturbances. Thanks for hosting.
