Great Location for Football Weekend
4/5 Old college friends get together for a TTU football game. About a mile walk to the stadium. There's three restaurants/bars within 2-3 blocks as well as a couple coffee shops.

Carol of lights visit.
4/5 We came to Lubbock to see our daughter and the Karol of lights. This house was very close to our daughters apartment and allowed us to walk to Karol of lights easily. We enjoyed the house. It doesn’t have a lot of amenities. It does have coffee and sugar, but not much else. Would stay here again.

Sketchy neighborhood. Didn’t feel safe. Wife and daughter was scared. We didn’t stay
1/5 Neighborhood was sketchy. Right by park where homeless stay and a lot wander around at night. House online doesn’t fit in person. Older house. We came and saw house and left to a hotel due to not feeling safe there.
