4/5 The location of the condo was perfect for our visit to see our daughter. Property has been updated nicely. Only complaint was the size of the bathroom. Overall had a great experience.
3/5 Nice place. Way too many diffusers and candle scents. If you are sensitive to perfumy scents, this place was too overwhelming.

5/5 Very lovely unit fully equipped and the host was very helpful. Exterior needs a little sprucing up but I wouldn’t let that stop me from renting in the future. Very comfortable and quiet community

Lovely unit. Pleasant stay.
5/5 Our stay was 9 days. The location is close to downtown. The neighborhood is a mix of new construction and areas which are gentrifying. The complex is quiet. The unit is beautifully decorated and comfortable for two. Kitchen is well appointed.
Great spot with nice neighbors
5/5 We came to train Jiu Jitsu at New Wave in Austin for a month. The location was in close proximity to Renzo Gracie Austin where New Wave is located. Jerald was the property owner and couldn't have been more accommodating. The best part about the stay was the kindness of the neighbors. They welcomed us in and allowed us to use their grill. The stay was delightful.
