An AMAZING and CHARMING vacation home!
5/5 This property went above and beyond a 5-star experience!! It was spacious and incredibly clean, it delivered exceptionally on all of the amenities in the listing (including a very well-stocked kitchen and fine-tuned touches like shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers in the bathrooms and comfy linens on the beds). It was super easy to check in and check out - no complicated trips to rental offices or hoops to jump through. The customer service throughout the entire process was amazing, they checked on our comfort throughout the stay. The hot tub was a huge hit with our group, especially after long days of hiking around Dollywood, Gatlinburg, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Our group of friends can't say enough good things about this property - it truly delivered on its promise of "Mountains, Memories, and Moonshine"!

Mountains, Memories and Moonshine
5/5 Cabin was very close to the strip in Pigeon Forge so it was in a great location. The view of the strip was very nice at night. The cabin is nicely furnished. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook with. We really liked how easy the fireplace was to turn on and off.

Comfy, homey cabin
5/5 We enjoy the roomy cabin equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Furnishings are very comfortable. Location is very convenient to all attractions.

4/5 The most important thing about staying away from home is a good night sleep. The beds are not up to par. All three mattresses need replacing with a good quality product.

Owners response: "Thank you for your feedback, Steven. Since your stay in October, all 3 mattresses have been replaced in December. Due to the reservations already in place, it was difficult to coordinate dates with the delivery company & the cabin's open availability as the delivery company only delivers to our area on certain days. We felt it was important that we did not disappoint any guests & cancel any reservations in order to be able to schedule the deliveries. With that said, I have also learned that mattresses are like pizza, everyone likes theirs differently! We do our best to keep the mattresses not too hard & not too soft! Thank you for your feedback!"
