  • Great location

    Everything was great except for for the beds which were not the most comfortable. They were very hard. Otherwise the space was very nice. The location couldn’t have been better. Within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The beach is right across the street. I was able to go for a run in the neighborhood. There are workout classes every morning on the beach.

    We could not get in the gate when we arrived and was let in by one of the tenants. Tried to do a load of laundry and the water leaked all over the floor. Called that night and they said they would call someone the next day. I emailed both parties about the issue no one ever responded about the gate or the laundry leak. Called again and no response as I could not get into the gate with our vehicle a second time. I had to call evolve and explain my situation. Within 15 minutes they returned my call and gave me the correct information for the gate. Washer was never rectified during my short stay. Also no iron or board and no basic toiletries were left for us when we arrived. I have stayed at numerous other places and this by far was the worst with communication.

    Por este medio quiero comunicar mi insatisfacción durante mi estadía en Rincón Wave View PR para empezar antes de mi estadía envié text a la Sra. Maria para tener conocimiento sobre el protocolo de Covid saber si el apartamento lo desinfectaban antes pero no obtuve respuesta. El lunes al llegar al gate en las instrucciones no especifica en cual de los 3 intercom uno debe poner la clave , con suerte se me ocurre entrar a pie para luego entrar a buscar el control del portón lo CUAL NO FUNCIONA ASI QUE llame al Sr Ronald lo cual me dijo que quien sabia es la Sra Maria que la llamara a ella procedo a llamarla y no la conseguí . Pues quizas mas tarde la consigo...luego de salir a comprar unos encargo al regresar en el auto al llegar al portón no abre ya que el control No funciona y procedo nuevamente en llamar a la Sra Maria y luego de varios intentos de llamadas sin respuesta la sra maria contesto y nos dijo una clave de otro intercom manual para poder entrar al complejo de apartamento lo cual no me siento 100% segura al tener que bajarme cada vez que voy a entrar ya que al quedar en una avenida concurrida de autos no es seguro tener que bajarse para poder entrar cada vez ,

    yo no hice una reservación en un lugar para tener que pasar trabajo si no estar lo mas cómodo posible . Desde que llegamos nos dimos cuenta que el toilet esta todo el tiempo botando agua luego de que lo bajas y luego no vuelve a llenar el tanque de agua para poder volver a bajarlo entonces tenemos que estar llenando una olla de agua en el fregadero para ir al toilet y poder bajarlo . Lo cual también es un inconveniente que tengo que estar pasando trabajo en una estadía lo cual se supone que sea para relajarme . También cuando intento usar la lavadora para lavar una ropa al prenderla tuve que apagarla y no poder usarla ya que comenzó a botar mucha agua por debajo otro problema mas para la lista lo cual no pude usar . Este apartamento no cumple con todos los requisitos para una estadía completa.

    No sin antes dejar saber que de los 7 huéspedes que nos íbamos a quedarnos solo nos quedamos 4 ya que los otros 3 que venían de Florida tuvieron que cancelar al salir positivo al Covid 19 el día antes de la estadía en Puerto Rico y yo llamé a Evolve para informar el lunes para saber si consideraban poder hacer un cambio y aun así me dijeron que no por la política de cambio lo cual la entiendo que debí informar antes de 48 horas. Pero una enfermedad no esta en mis manos controlar así que aún decidí seguir con la reservación para no perder el dinero pero para nada porque la estadía a sido la peor que he estado en mi vida con tanto inconveniente. Sobre los problemas del apartamento me comunique con la Sra Maria por text y email y nunca me contestó.

    By this means I want to communicate my dissatisfaction during my stay at Rincón Wave View PR to start before my stay I sent a text to Ms. Maria to learn about the Covid protocol to know if the apartment was disinfected before but I did not get a response. On Monday when arriving at the gate in the instructions it does not specify in which of the 3 intercom one should put the password, hopefully it occurs to me to enter on foot and then enter to look for the gate control WHICH DOES NOT WORK SO I called Mr. Ronald which told me that who knew is Mrs. Maria to call her I proceed to call her and I did not get her. Well maybe later I get it ... after going out to buy some orders when I get back in the car when I get to the gate it does not open since the control does not work and I proceed again to call Ms. Maria and after several attempts to call without Answer Mrs. Maria answered and told us a key to another manual intercom to enter the apartment complex which I do not feel 100% safe having to get off every time I go to enter since being in a busy avenue of cars does not it is safe to have to get off to be able to enter each time,

    I did not make a reservation in a place to have to spend work if not to be as comfortable as possible. Since we arrived we realized that the toilet is all the time spilling water after you lower it and then it does not refill the water tank to be able to lower it again so we have to fill a pot of water in the sink to go to the toilet and be able to lower it. Which is also an inconvenience that I have to be having work in a stay which is supposed to be to relax. Also when I try to use the washing machine to wash clothes when I turn it on I had to turn it off and not be able to use it since it began to pour a lot of water underneath another problem for the list which I could not use. This apartment does not meet all the requirements for a full stay.

    Not without first letting it be known that of the 7 guests that we were going to stay, only 4 stayed, since the other 3 who came from Florida had to cancel when testing positive for Covid 19 the day before the stay in Puerto Rico and I called Evolve to inform on Monday to see if they considered being able to make a change and even so they told me no because of the change policy which I understand that I had to inform before 48 hours. But a disease is not in my hands to control so I still decided to continue with the reservation so as not to lose the money but not at all because the stay has been the worst I have been in my life with so much inconvenience. About the problems of the apartment I communicated with Mrs. Maria by text and email and she never answered me.

    Second trip staying in this unit. Super easy with kids. Ground floor unit makes coming and going convenient. Beach directly across the street, pool in the rear. Walk to restaurants, bakery and grocery store 1/2 mile away. Safe and secure building. Really no complaints.

    Loved staying there. The only thing about it was that there was no drinks in the refrigerator and the property manager gave us the wrong code twice after waiting 30 mins outside the gate. But the house was clean and the location was great.
