  We had amazing time at your property. We were able to celebrate My daughter’s graduation and come back to the house for a prepared lunch. Thank you for allowing us to do that!!!! Our only problem was one Tv. With 4 kids that was miserable HaHa. Thank you for having us share your space.

  Well it was very unpleasant there was a musky smell as we walked in we never got to stay cause we found some mold so needless to say we had to leave and find somewhere else to stay very disappointing this was our first rental and it wasn’t a good experience still waiting on our refund we did speak to a third party owner who says we will b getting a refund I really hope it comes through considering we had to pay to stay in a hotel we were 4 hours away from home and had 4 days of things planned ! I’m hoping the least they can can do is send me my refund ! I even called the company that I went through and have not received call from them either 3 days later ?? Left a message w the evolve team and haven’t received a call back yet so I’m hoping the woman I spoke to holds her word to us

• Do NOT rent this property!

  This was a deplorable "vacation," as my family and could not even stay at the property for a birthday celebration and had to check into a nearby hotel.

  The pictures are in no way accurate; there is a pool right outside this trailer home without wheels, which is not mentioned in the description at all. We were also not able to use it. Instead, the other renters from the adjacent property were able to access it, and they did so, playing. loud music, smoking pot and being profane, despite the "7am to 9pm" quiet time curfew.

  Even after taking pictures to document what we saw and providing proof that we did not stay at the property because we basically were forced not too ...EVOLVE and Vrbo did absolutely nothing to resolve this situation and refused to provide a refund simply because the owner "didn't want to."

  Please ...find another property ...ideally not through Vrbo or Evolve.

  The property is a manufactured home at the end of a driveway for the property next door. Although the exterior was run down the inside appeared recently renovated. Bedrooms were small and 1 1/2 half baths were basic but quite clean. Common area was nice although kitchen supplies were limited. Air conditioning was great and appreciated because it was quite hot and humid when we were

  there. Biggest problem was the outdoor space. The house next door has a

  Very nice pool and outdoor area that is not available to this unit although the pool is closer to our unit than ours. If you have kids it would be very hard to explain why they could not use the pool and it means you have no privacy when the pool is in use. There is a small gravel are for your use but furniture was run down and not appealing to sit on. We never used it.
