  • Vetted local partners. Our network of on-the-ground partners is available to help owners with check-ins, housekeeping, restocking supplies, and more.

  • Top-notch communication. We handle all pre- and post-stay communication with guests and onsite partners, and our team is always just a phone call away.

  • Peace of mind. Every booking is protected by our industry-leading Property Protection Plus program with up to $3,000 in damage protection and $1,000,000 in liability coverage.

Q. WHAT IS THE EVOLVE PARTNER NETWORK?

A. The Evolve Partner Network was created to introduce our homeowners to the industry's best on-the-ground service providers. Marketing and booking vacation rentals is our primary focus, which means we rely on local partners to provide our owners with services such as housekeeping, walkthroughs, and guest support.

We believe local experts are best suited for on-the-ground support, which is why we love to partner with small-business owners like you.

Q. WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF JOINING THE EVOLVE PARTNER NETWORK?

A. The benefits of joining the Evolve Partner Network are numerous, but here are a few of our favorites:

  • Grow your customer base: Once you’ve become an established member of the Evolve Partner Network, we’ll refer you to homeowners in your area who need your services, and in return, you’ll provide our owners with top notch on-the-ground support. It’s that simple - just keep doing great work and we’ll keep sending you new clients.

  • Increase your revenue. Evolve properties perform 40% better than self-managed properties on average. That means more bookings for our owners and more revenue for you.

  • Earn referral rewards. If you have any clients who would benefit from Evolve’s services, we’ll give you $250 for sending them our way. Better yet, your clients will receive a $250 booking fee credit when they join Evolve.

Q. WHAT IS EXPECTED OF ME AS AN EVOLVE SERVICE PARTNER?

A. As a member of the Evolve Partner Network, you will be expected to meet following requirements:

  • Support homeowners and guests - Understand that Evolve and you, as our on-the-ground partner, will work as a team to support the HOMEOWNER and their GUESTS.

  • Uphold Evolve’s 4 Core Property Standards - Ensure that the home is: SAFE, CLEAN, GUEST READY, and AS ADVERTISED. Schedule your own services - Whenever Evolve sends you booking notifications, it is up to you to schedule your services for those dates, accordingly.

  • Report damages after guest stays - As the eyes and ears of our owners’ properties, we rely on partners like you to help resolve any issues that may arise, including reporting damage to Evolve after a guest stay.

Q. HOW AM I COMPENSATED FOR MY SERVICES?

A. Evolve homeowners pay you directly for your services. You and the homeowner will determine which services you’ll be providing and how you will be compensated for those services.
